At Jayne, we want every purchase to be a serene experience. If an item doesn't suit you, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return.
Returns
Returns are free. Return shipping costs are fully covered by Jayne.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, with its tags and original packaging. For swimwear, the hygienic protection must be intact.
Proof of purchase may be requested.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@jayne-paris.com. Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and necessary instructions.
Items returned without prior request cannot be accepted.
Damaged items or order error
We invite you to check your order upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received a different product from the one ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a suitable solution.
Items not eligible for return
Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products cannot be returned.
For swimwear, the hygienic protection must be intact for the return to be accepted.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or model, we recommend returning the item concerned and then placing a new order. This solution ensures faster processing.
Right of withdrawal in the European Union
In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order, without having to provide justification.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, with its tags and original packaging.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within a maximum of 5 business days.
