The applicable prices are those in force at the time of order validation. Products remain the property of JAYNE until full payment of their price.
Orders
Orders are exclusively placed on www.jayne-paris.com.

- Order validation
Before final validation, the Customer has the option to check the details of their order and correct any errors.
An order confirmation is sent by e-mail after payment validation.
JAYNE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute, suspicion of fraud, or non-payment.
Orders are honored within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability of an item after order validation, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and refunded if necessary.
Delivery and Returns
Delivery
Standard delivery is offered for any order over €200.
Orders are prepared and shipped from France as soon as possible. Available delivery options and estimated times are indicated at the time of order.
Returns
The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to request a return of an unworn, unused item returned in its original condition.
Return procedures are specified in our Refund Policy.
For a size or model exchange, we recommend making a return and then placing a new order.
Receipt of packages
We invite the Customer to check the condition of the package and products upon receipt.
Any anomaly, missing item, damaged product, or order error must be reported as soon as possible to allow for appropriate handling.
